The Hsinchu City Bureau of Cultural Affairs has set up the “Hsinchu Public Art Guidance and Consultation Center” to provide counseling and consultation on public art, conduct a citywide survey of artworks, and organize education and promotion activities. Serving as a medium for dialogue between citizens and public spaces, the center aims to integrate aesthetics into daily life while advancing urban development through public art.
